As autumn approaches, it's the perfect time to ground yourself and renew your energy for the seasonal transition. Join us for a special Deep Rest and Renewal session designed to offer deep relaxation, grounding, and inner balance.
This session begins with a series of gentle Restorative Yoga poses, carefully selected to help you release tension and connect deeply with the earth. With the support of props, you’ll be guided into restful postures that allow your body and mind to relax completely.
Next, immerse yourself in a combined Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing practice. As you rest comfortably in Savasana, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. This unique combination will help you release stress and rejuvenate on a deeper level, aligning your body, mind, and spirit.
To enhance your comfort and relaxation, you’ll have access to eye pillows, steam eye masks, heated rice bags, and aromatherapy. We provide all necessary yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and other props, but if you prefer to bring your own items for additional comfort, please feel free to do so.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing
A blanket or shawl for warmth (optional, as blankets are provided)
A journal (optional) for reflection after the session
Any personal items you prefer for additional comfort
This Deep Rest and Renewal session is the perfect way to nurture yourself as you transition into autumn, offering a serene space to ground, release, and renew your energy in a supportive and peaceful environment.
Please bring slippers or warm socks (floor is cork so it could be cold for bare feet)
Limit is 5 participants.
