In this 4-week series, we learn how the practice of gratitude cultivates joy.
- Make gratitude and joy (well-being) a priority.
- Open the way for compassion, instead of judgment, to guide all interactions.
- Appreciate the good qualities of yourself and others.
- Continue to develop and extend appreciative joy in your life.

Meditations, exercises, and opportunities for reflection are presented. Sharing and questions are held at the end of the session.

Attend the live sessions or watch the recordings through the corresponding Peaceful Wellness Institute course.
Students enrolled in live class will automatically receive the online course with all materials. Otherwise, you can purchase the online course if you cannot attend live.

NOTE: The 4th week class will not be a live class due to it being December 26th, but will be pre-recorded at the same time of the 3rd week class.
