With Election Day fast approaching, emotions can run high and stress can become overwhelming. Join us for a special meditation series designed to help you stay grounded, reduce stress, and cultivate both calm and compassion during this intense time. Through mindfulness and loving-kindness practices, you’ll develop the tools to navigate the season with a centered mind and an open heart.

Tuesday Nights: 6:15 pm Central Time, held on Zoom, starting October 8 (30-minute sessions):

Week 1 (Oct. 8): Cultivating Mindful Awareness – Learn how mindfulness helps you stay present amidst external chaos.
Week 2 (Oct. 15): Embracing Compassion for Self – Practice self-compassion to ease personal stress and anxiety.
Week 3 (Oct. 22): Loving-Kindness for Others – Extend compassion to others, including those with differing political views.
Week 4 (Oct. 29): Finding Balance and Stability – Cultivate emotional balance to stay centered as Election Day approaches.
