Description
On the 2nd Friday of the month, we join for a Loving-Kindness, Compassion, and Tonglen practice. This is a nurturing space where we come together to cultivate kindness, compassion, and empathy. This session is an invitation to explore and develop loving-kindness towards ourselves and others, alongside learning the gentle art of Tonglen – a practice focused on giving and receiving compassion. Through simple guided meditations, we aim to deepen our ability to empathize and connect, creating a ripple effect of positivity and care in our wider community. No prior experience is necessary – this gathering is open to everyone who wishes to grow in kindness and compassion.

Our Weekly Friday Offering: Join us for our offering of Vipassana or “Insight” Meditation. This practice emphasizes mindful attention to the breath, physical sensations, thoughts, and even emotions, to develop a loving awareness of one’s life experience. Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Joy and Equanimity practices are at times added to the meditation. It varies each session.
