With Election Day fast approaching, emotions can run high and stress can become overwhelming. Join us for a special meditation series designed to help you stay grounded, reduce stress, and cultivate both calm and compassion during this intense time. Through mindfulness and loving-kindness practices, you’ll develop the tools to navigate the season with a centered mind and an open heart.
Monday Mornings: 8:30 am Central Time, held on Zoom, starting October 7 (30-minute sessions):
Week 1 (Oct. 7): Cultivating Mindful Awareness – Learn how mindfulness helps you stay present amidst external chaos.
Week 2 (Oct. 14): Embracing Compassion for Self – Practice self-compassion to ease personal stress and anxiety.
Week 3 (Oct. 21): Loving-Kindness for Others – Extend compassion to others, including those with differing political views.
Week 4 (Oct. 28): Finding Balance and Stability – Cultivate emotional balance to stay centered as Election Day approaches.

This class varies in meditation themes and methods. Methods offered could be: visualization, mindfulness, mantra, chakra, body scan, inner wisdom or spirit guides, meditation for stress or anxiety, and so many more.
