Welcome to this sound bath meditation for today titled "Visualization Voyage. Use headphones for the best stereo experience. Settle into a comfortable position, either seated or lying down and enjoy the journey.
This will be streamed to a private page on my website.
These sessions will either be:
- A Yoga Nidra/Guided Rest meditation (Occasionally with sound healing)
- Mantra meditation
- Sound Bath
All to bring relaxation to your mind and body and de-stress from your busy life
