Ahimsa means non-harming. When we are stressed, we are suffering, and here we can become critical about ourselves for the choices we may make, the anger, the fear, whatever it may be for us. We must learn to become compassionate to ourselves, to release that stress, whether it be through the practice of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, or other types of exercise and modalities.
