Description
Class is cancelled just for today! Karli has family in town, so will be spending her time with her little 7 and 9 year old tornado nephews.
Meanwhile, you are welcome to practice under any of our previous class recordings located in our On-Demand library (found under the ‘Videos’ tab)!
Our beloved Yin + Yang will resume next week as normal — hope to see you there!

.... ... .. . . .
A beautifully balanced practice combining Power Vinyasa + Deep Stretch!
We will start with an active practice to warm up the muscles and to subside our ever persistent mental chatter; we will end with a few active-passive asanas (poses) to flush the energy through, creating a deeper musculoskeletal release to leave you feeling more balanced and clear. Several options will be offered along the way to accommodate the various levels of practitioners.
An existing yoga practice will help each student as they enter this class, but specific UY experience is not required.
