Hello, Beloveds!
Class is cancelled for today, as I am away for another deep dive into my own practice with my sangha and teacher, Raj. We're off to a week-long "Internal Practices and Meditation" retreat that goes through Aug 25, so all classes will be cancelled next week as well, and will resume Sun, Aug 27.
Meanwhile, I recommend practicing from any of our previous class recordings, found in our On-Demand Library* (under the ‘Videos’ tab).
*If you have a Class Package (vs Unlimited Membership) and would like to access our On-Demand Library, simply email KarliJanine@gmail.com to request a transfer of your classes to On-Demand credits — make sure to specify how many. I will be checking my email sporadically throughout the retreat, but if possible, try to email before the 19th!
