Description
Get Roll-Yin combines the myofascial release techniques of self-massage and Yin stretches. “Myo” refers to muscles and “fascia” refers to the connective tissue beneath the skin and over the muscles. These tend to get tight over time due to repetitive use or injury.
Using therapy balls, straps and blocks during this session, you will release tension in the myofascia and improve blood circulation to this area.
Think of it as giving yourself a self-massage and a nice stretch.
