a series of postures to prepare your body for backbends. In this Iyengar inspired practice we'll be going into the poses deeper, using a chair for extra support. Backbends Increase spinal flexibility, can relieve lower back pain and help us to move and release stuck energy. Important note: please only use a stable chair for this practice, take it slow and don't do this practice if you suffer from back issues.
