About Re’Rhythm Yoga

Welcome to Re’Rhythm Yoga!

I am so honoured that you are choosing to practice with me :) My name is Julia, your humble guide on this path to creating a new rhythm for your life. A rhythm that will increase your well-being, awareness, and happiness, with the help of yoga, breath, and meditation. 
As a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, my mission is to create a safe space where you can connect with your body and mind to explore how incredibly unique you are. My classes are designed to help you understand yourself better and learn what works for you (and only you!) and what doesn’t. 

My own yoga journey began 10 years ago, and since then, I have passionately studied the depths of yoga philosophy and practice. Trained in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, and having completed a diploma in Ayurveda, I bring a diverse range of influences to my teaching, creating classes that are educative, purposeful, nourishing, and deeply grounding.
In my classes, you can expect a harmonious blend of breathwork, slow and mindful movement, and meditation designed to create a sense of connection with yourself. My approach goes far beyond the Asanas, emphasizing the importance of cultivating awareness of your mind, body, and emotions, as well as encouraging kindness and self-compassion on and off the mat.

I aim to create a supportive and inclusive community where everyone feels welcome and empowered. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are in your unique journey. There is no need for previous experience or knowledge, and you most certainly do not have to be flexible at all to be ready to practice yoga with me :)
