Description

Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for a slow and gentle vinyasa style yoga class focused on breath work, meditation, stretching and light strengthening (which is always optional). This is a great class for beginners or for anyone looking to slow it way down. Lots of modifications are given and you are encouraged to meet your body wherever it is in that moment and to rest when you need to. Come as you are, take what you need. Connect with your breath, find your center, meet yourself at your edge and release your stress. Remember, what you do to bring peace to your body, mind and soul brings peace to the world.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to allow time for the previous class to leave and for me to set up. Thank you!

What to bring:
Yoga mat, yoga blanket, yoga blocks, strap or thin long scarf, water, and an open mind and open heart. I will have mats, blocks, blankets to borrow.

Cost: Class is $15 or a 6 class card can be purchased for $80 or a 10 class card is $120. Cash, check, or Venmo are preferred. Credit card processing online is an option for your convenience.

Registration is required as space is limited to 11 for yoga classes. Book your class and secure your spot at www.momoyoga.com/roots-to-fly-wellness/schedule. If you find you are unable to attend please be sure to cancel your registration in your momoyoga profile at least 2 hours before class is set to begin or you will be charged for the class (Please message me if an emergency arises. To not get charged for the class I will need to cancel your attendance on my end). Thank you!
