Description
Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for this moderately paced Vinyasa flow yoga class focused on breath work, strengthening, and stretching. Knowledge of the yoga poses is helpful as we will move a bit quicker than my gentle yoga classes, but lots of modifications are still given to meet my yogis at their various levels of practice. We still pause and breathe into our poses in this class. Come connect with your breath, find your center, meet yourself at your edge, tune into your body and your intuition. Come as you are, rest when you need to (it's ok to say no to a pose and rest in child), and release what no longer serves you. I will always remind you to do what is best for you and to listen to your body and to tune into your intuition. Remember, what you do to bring peace to your inner being helps to bring peace to the world.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, yoga blanket, yoga blocks, strap or thin long scarf, water, and an open mind and open heart. I will have mats, blocks, blankets to borrow as well as chairs available to modify poses on an individual basis.
