Description
Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for a monthly FREE Gentle Yoga Class at the Senexet Grange on the First Saturday of the month. The movement will be extra slow and breath work and meditation will be highlighted as a way to learn how to pause and slow down. We will stretch our bodies and minds and work to release what is no longer serving us. I would be honored to hold space for you. All are welcome so come as you are and take what you need! Lots of modifications will be offered. Blocks, blankets, straps and chairs are all available to borrow on a first come basis. Extra mats will be available as well.
This is a great chance to try yoga for the first time in a safe supported environment or just give yourself the gift of 1 hour of a gentle, relaxing flow to reset and start the new month off fresh. Come by yourself! Bring a friend! Bring your family! Kids are always welcome if they are able to focus and are interested in participating in a slow, meditative hour long yoga class!
What to bring it you have it:
❤️ Yoga mat
❤️ Water/hydration
❤️ A small blanket, helpful for cushioning knees in table and head when you are laying down.
❤️ A belt or long thin scarf to aid in stretching if you are unable to touch your toes.
❤️ Yoga blocks
Mats, blankets, blocks and straps are always available to borrow on a first come basis.
Registration is required so I know if I have people planning on attending to hold class and also so I don't over book the room. Please make sure your receive the email confirmation of your class registration to ensure you registered correctly.
