Join us in the studio or over zoom for Pregnancy Yoga – supporting you during your pregnancy and preparing for your baby’s arrival.
Whether you’ve been practising yoga for years, or you’ve never practised yoga before, this class is for you.
Pregnancy Yoga is a nourishing, gentle practice which offers you space to both maintain your strength and mobility, but also take time to relax and have an hour completely for yourself.
Each week we explore various movements, postures, breathing practices, and optional pelvic floor exercises. These warm, welcoming classes include both active practices and restorative practices, encouraging you to keep moving throughout your pregnancy in a safe and beneficial way, but also allowing space for rest.
You’re welcome to join at any stage in your pregnancy journey from 14+ weeks.
At Rosieglo our Pregnancy Yoga classes are LGBTQIA+ inclusive so classes are gender neutral. If your birthing partner also wants to join you and take part in the class they are welcome to book on!
If you join us in the studio - mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are provided. If you’re joining over zoom, please ensure you have a yoga mat and plenty of large cushions and blankets handy to support your practice.
