A quick sequence to ease you into movement and gently wake up mind and body. Great for any time of the day when you feel like you need a pick-me-up and need to get moving.
We work with repetition to build a mindful movement practise, syncing with the rhythm of the breath. A nice alternative to Sun Salutation.
