Yoga for Leg Love

Whether you’ve got tired legs from running, cycling or dancing the night away, or restless legs from being inactive and watching too much Netflix, this will help to soothe your muscles and show your legs some love.
You will need a strap of some kind (or a rolled up towel, blanket, scarf or dressing gown belt), an optional cushion, a couple of yoga blocks or chunky books and access to a wall or chair.
