I chose to become a Yoga instructor to assist others in finding more loving ways to help themselves deal with the (at times) harsh world we live in. I do this with many styles & modalities.

Description

Restorative Yoga is a wonderful practice to restore the mind and relax the body. The class consists of 5 poses. All poses are done on the floor with pillows, blankets, blocks, or bolsters. (Items around the house can be used)

Please bring what you have (yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, pillows, blocks, etc.).

Enjoy a calming class taught by an experienced instructor.

No experience is needed. This non-active yoga style creates a more calming and relaxed practice.
Allow the mind and body to ease into comfort.
Tuesday Evening at 7 p.m. (CST) ~ $22 (for each student)
Please book by 5 p.m. on the day of class.
