Aleesha`s teaching style blends Vinyassa flow with soothing restorative poses to create balance in her classes. Through creative sequencing influenced by nature, breathwork and mindfulness techniques, she enjoys guiding her students towards finding a deeper connection with body, mind and soul. Jen is a devoted yoga practitioner. She first encountered yoga as a teenager in the UK, finding solace and mental clarity through its practice during difficult times. Her journey led her to Rishikesh, India, where she found a sense of self -ease and contentment during an immersive stay at an ashram, delving into meditation, discipline, devotion and communal living. After over twenty years of consistent personal practice, she felt inspired to deepen her knowledge about anatomy and pursued training in various yoga styles, including vinyasa, yin, restorative and nidra. Jen is now completing pregnancy and post-partum yoga studies. Jen teaches functional yoga that accommodates all body structures and abilities. She is particularly interested in how yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation can offer relief from chronic pain and stiffness while promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
