About Sally Harper Yoga and Wellbeing

I have been practicing yoga since the age of 24 when it was recommended to me as treatment for migraine. Since then it has been a constant in my life, through two labours, and ups and downs of life until I qualified as a hatha vinyasa teacher with Yoga Alliance in 2017. Since then I have built a wonderful community of warm friendly yogis connected through classes in and around South Nutfield.
My aim has always been to be inclusive, to ensure everyone who comes leaves feeling nourished, stronger, more flexible, calm, balanced and uplifted.
After well over 300 hours of training I can offer a variety of classes at differing times during the week, both in person and on zoom, so that you can fit a class to your needs and your availability.
I also run workshops, retreats and events including blissful relaxation evenings, sound baths and chocolate making!
