Heather Stuart is an experienced Integrated Health Practitioner specializing in Tibetan & Ayurvedic Medicine,Yoga Therapy and classical Homeopathy. Her lineage of Yoga Therapy is based on Krishnamacharya’s teachings and the principles of Ayurveda. In 1996 she began her studies in the Yogic arts and began teaching Yoga after the birth of her son in 2000. Heather became a Dzogchen Meditation Practitioner in the School of Mahayana Buddhism in 2001 which led her to study and practice Tibetan Medicine. Her passion for health and healing shows abundantly through her work and teachings. Heather’s approach is both simple and powerful, bringing awareness to our mind-body connection through movement, breath and mindfulness techniques that are both empowering and inspiring on the path of healing. Heather is the owner of Semde Wellness offering consultations in Tibetan & Ayurvedic medicine and Classical Homeopathy. She is the Director of Yoga for The Gerson Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine in Dunedin and teaches publicly at Salty Souls Yoga and Madeira Beach Yoga.

Jenna Denèe is an Artist of Sound. She Serves Her Community as a Guide to Self-Healing through Intention & Vibration. Her Mission is to Harmonize the Planet by Connecting People Locally through Self-Study in Meditation, Movement, Medicine & Music. Prior to 2020, Jenna was a Live Musician gigging at local bars & resorts. When the pandemic hit in March 2020, she studied to be a Yoga Teacher with Bella Prana Yoga where she became 200RYT certified with Yoga Alliance & in the same year, studied abroad to Learn the Healing Art of Reiki where she received her Usui Reiki Master Certification from Sir Howard Milton of the U.K. Jenna began to share Yoga & these various Healing Arts privately with her friends & small groups. She then began to share Sound Bath Meditations publicly at The Centre of St. Pete Beach- a one stop Center with an Open Heart to Plant medicine, Wellness & Alternative therapies. Now Jenna has begun her Journey as an Entrepreneur carrying the Medicines of Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and the latest addition- Kirtan! She is Grateful to the Spaces that Welcome Her Practice & Support Her Journey as a Musical Space Holder, Teacher & Friend.

Priya Colleen Ryan is a yoga therapist. She began her journey of practicing and teaching, searching for relief after 20 years of Crohn's Disease symptoms and surgeries and then the dissolution of her marriage. Pain can be our greatest teacher! Her first mentor, Samantha Olson Seddon revealed the many benefits of yoga and guided her to share those gifts teaching her classes until 1996. Starting with a Beginners Teacher Training in 1997, Priya has spent decades learning and growing at Yogaville (Satchidananda Ashram). Other trainings include Cardiac Teachers Training 1999, Thai Yoga Massage 2003, Intermediate Teachers Training 2004 & 2011, Living Yoga Training 2011, Yoga of Recovery Teachers Training in 2013 and 2020-present (mentorship), Laughing Yoga Teachers Training 2020. Then at Heartwood Yoga Institute for 300 Foundational Teachers Training in 2020 on to Modules A, B and C of Yoga Therapy 2021-2022, Yin , Restorative and Aerial Yoga Teachers Training 2023, and Yoga Therapy Practicum 2024. There's always more to learn! Priya is passionate about all aspects of yoga. She wishes to share this with anyone interested in bringing more peace, love and joy into thier lives and the world!
