This is a movement based practice thats a mix between Hatha & Flow Yoga.
It helps to improve your flexibility & strength, while also working on increasing our balance. So we feel more in our body and centred.

Each class starts with a breathing practice ( pranayama), then we move into a gentle flowing pattern of poses (asana), which may focus on opening our hips, shoulders, lower back, or legs. Some postures are held for a little longer than others using the breath to allow our body & mind to go deeper and release any tension we may be holding.

Each class will finish with a sound healing guided meditation and relaxation, to singing bowls, crystal bowls and more...allowing you to drop down into a deeply restorative space.

This class is open to all levels, as various options will be given in each pose.

You should feel calm but energised, relaxed & refreshed afterwards. The yoga high is almost impossible to put into words :)

This Sound Bath is a powerful sonic meditation that enables deep relaxation. It's an immersion in beautiful sounds that are healing to the body, mind and soul. The 'bath' involves the playing of a variety of sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs. Vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls, drums and other sound healing instruments, assist the release of emotional and energetic blockages in the body. It stimulates healing in a simple yet profound way. It’s also a powerful way to release what no longer serves you, physically, mentally and emotionally. Bringing you back to a place of ease, relaxation and restoring your own natural state of connection and harmony.

On the night bring:
-Yoga mats
-blanket and cushion for your head
-arrive 10 mins early so you can get set up
