Kate started yoga in 2017 after a traumatic event. She originally struggled with finding her place in yoga; however knew of the benefits of yoga and meditation and in 2021, began her teacher training to further her understanding and growth. Now meditation and yoga are a major part of her continuing recovery and everyday life. Kate currently has her 200 hour YTT, as well as 200hr Meditation instructor certificates. She is currently obtaining her certificate as a trauma informed yoga instructor and continues her journey in yoga training.
Description
This class is for all levels. The class begins with a gentle meditation, works into a mid to fast paced flow which will increase your heart rate. This class finishes with gentle stretching and relaxing meditation.
