Description
This class consists of slower movement to music and breath. The class is purposeful, mindful and steady paced, with longer holds, allowing time and space to explore the depth, refine our practice and internalise the findings. This class allows all levels and abilities, with accessible options for beginners and some challenging variations for the more seasoned yogis.
