Core Stretch and Strengthen is a dynamic, fun-filled class designed to build muscle at your own pace. The first half of the class features Tabata-style intervals, incorporating equipment like resistance bands, weights, and TRX to target your core, posterior chain, legs, and arms. The session concludes with targeted stretching and fascia release, leaving you feeling strong, flexible, and revitalised.
