Vicki has practiced yoga for over 10 years and in 2022 finally worked up the courage to complete her 200 hour YTT so that she could share her joy of yoga with others. Vicki enjoys different styles of yoga and the benefits it can give the body and mind. She is also additionally trained in Yin, Restorative, Aerial and Children's yoga.

Through mindful movement and breath, we navigate the currents of stress and anxiety, guiding you towards a state of profound relaxation and rejuvenation. Each session incorporates journaling, providing you with a sacred space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. To culminate your journey, a blissful massage enhanced by the soothing aromas of essential oils. Let tension melt away as skilled hands knead away stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

And when the weather permits, we take our practice outdoors, allowing you to immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of nature. So, bring your blankets and jumpers, and prepare to cocoon yourself in warmth as you embark on this transformative journey of self-discovery and reflection.
