Vicki has practiced yoga for over 10 years and in 2022 finally worked up the courage to complete her 200 hour YTT so that she could share her joy of yoga with others. Vicki enjoys different styles of yoga and the benefits it can give the body and mind. She is also additionally trained in Yin, Restorative, Aerial and Children's yoga.

Step into the peace and tranquility of yoga by candle light, this class is open to all abilities and is the perfect time to press pause in the middle of a busy week.
In this class you will find restorative yoga poses, gentle flows, with some Yin & Nidra focuses too. As well as moving the body, expect guided mediation and breathwork to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body & nervous system.
Immerse yourself in the gentle ebb and flow yoga, offering a sanctuary for releasing tension and embracing tranquility.
