Vicki has practiced yoga for over 10 years and in 2022 finally worked up the courage to complete her 200 hour YTT so that she could share her joy of yoga with others. Vicki enjoys different styles of yoga and the benefits it can give the body and mind. She is also additionally trained in Yin, Restorative, Aerial and Children's yoga.
Description
Yin Yang Yoga is a balanced fusion of two complementary styles of yoga that harmonize movement and stillness. The “Yang” aspect focuses on energizing, dynamic movements, building strength, and creating heat in the body through active flows. In contrast, the “Yin” portion invites stillness and introspection, with longer-held poses targeting deep connective tissues to release tension and restore balance.
This midweek practice serves as a pause—a chance to reset and realign. You’ll leave the class feeling calm, focused, and centered, carrying a sense of inner peace and clarity into the rest of your week.
