A short flow to awaken the body, preparing you for the day. Focusing on Sun Salutations, mediation through movement & breath work as well as using Qi-Gong techniques to move stagnant energy through and out of the body.

A 60 minute vinyasa style class, challenging power flows focusing on breath work, mind-body connection and working up a sweat, followed by meditation at the end of the session to clear our busy minds, creating a space of stillness and peace all under the heat of our infrared lights.

In this class, students can expect an invigorating workout designed to build up a sweat through dynamic movements synchronized with breath. We will explore some longer holds that help build strength and stability, ensuring a well-rounded practice.

This class is accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. There will be plenty of options to modify your practice according to your comfort and skill level. For those looking to challenge themselves, we will offer opportunities to incorporate arm balances and inversions. Alternatively, if you prefer a more fluid practice, you can keep it flowy and simply enjoy the positive energy of the class.

Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.

This term can denote any of the following: The link between movement and breath, a yoga sequence that exemplifies this movement/breath connection, a class that focuses on this type of yoga or the act of setting an intention and taking steps to reach it.
