Flow to Restore



A healing practice to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, we rinse, rebalance and ease the body and mind into a restful state through breathing techniques, gentle movement and meditation.

Beginning with a nourishing flow that focuses on shifting stagnant energy, lubricating our joints and opening up the body, we then relax into longer held floor-based poses where the body is supported with blankets, bolsters…and we focus on letting go and stilling the mind.
