Our Power Pilates is a 45-minute mat class that puts a fresh twist on classic Mat Pilates. This high-intensity class fuses Pilates principles with a dynamic, full-body workout.
Expect faster transitions, upbeat tunes, and props like dumbbells and ankle weights to add an extra challenge. The creative, functional fusion is designed to build core strength, stability, and mobility, while delivering that full-body burn that will keep you coming back.
It’s not your typical Pilates session; it’s playful, powerful, and packed with energy, strengthening and challenging your body from head to toe while leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalised
All-levels are welcome, but a moderate level of exercise is recommended.
