We spice things up, combining Pilates principals with powerful, athletic sequences to get the heart and body pumping.
This class is high energy class, designed to create a strong, sculpted bod while providing movement to assist mobility and stability - A winning combo!
Using Pilates props such as dumbbells, ankle/wrist weights (or both), it’s a burn without the burnout!
Moderate level of fitness required.
