Dani Hiro is a dedicated modern disciple of Yogic teachings, having studied and practised the profound effects of the practice on one's body, mind, and energy for over a decade. With a background in theatre, music and dance, and a deep interest in rewilding and nature, Dani creates unique experiences that weave traditional teachings, creativity and connection to nature. She is a certified Vinyasa, Hatha-Tantra and Yin Yoga teacher, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist with over 500hrs of training.

A Yoga class designed for men looking to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. This open-level practice focuses on movements that support better posture, reduced stiffness, and increased body awareness, helping you feel stronger and more at ease in your body.

Whether you're dealing with tight muscles from work, sports, or daily life, or just looking for a way to move better and feel better, this class is for you. No previous experience needed—just come as you are.
