Bexie's experience covers teaching all types of yogis. You're bound to learn something new in every class, as she'll help you find alignment and fine tune your experience in postures. She is super skilled at meeting you where you're at in your practice. She loves to play and brings yoga to our local kindys. Off the mat, Bexie is a community-spirited greenie.
Description
Winter is a time for hibernation. Set yourself up for some quality rest with an evening practice of yin and yoga nidra. In Yin, we'll hold poses for extended periods to reset the body and mind, improve flexibility and boost emotional regulation and resilience. Following this, Bexie will lead a guided relaxation known as Yoga Nidra, which will bring you into a state of conscious relaxation, promoting deep rest and mental clarity.
All levels welcome.
$65 for all 5 classes or $20 drop-in
