Tessa’s background as a physiotherapist has made her passionate about injury prevention and whole body movement. Her Pilates classes incorporate lengthening and movement of the entire body with a focus on core strength and joint stabilisation carried out to some funky tunes. Tessa encourages you to challenge yourself safely with exercise progressions. Away from the Space, Tessa owns and works at Raglan Physio.

Kiri is a yoga teacher and enthusiast, massage therapist, and reiki practitioner. She is passionate about all things healing and expression- whether it be through art, movement, or music.Her creative approach to teaching is dance like, expansive and fluid with an emphasis on breath. She aims to make yoga accessible to all with the hope of enabling individuals to facilitate their own healing.

Diane's background in counselling and body work help inform her teaching so she creates a safe container for students to explore and experiment on the yoga mat, regardless of age, experience and physical capabilities. She is passionate about yoga being accessible for every type of body because she has found it immensely healing in times of challenge in her own life and wishes to share this with others. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Diane works as a massage therapist and aromatherapist, lifts weights, loves the beach and reading (often on the beach). She is a lover of all things spiritual and metaphysical and is currently learning how to read Tarot cards.
