Delaney was born and raised in Southampton, New York. She has practiced yoga for close to a decade and received her 200-hour yoga certification in Mal Pais, Costa Rica with the School Yoga Institute. Delaney is excited to bring her passion for mindfulness and intentional movement to The Yoga Spot and create a welcoming environment for all yogis - whether you have years of experience or have yet to step on the mat!

This intermediate-level class invites all yogis to the mat to deepen the connection with themselves and their practice. Whether you're refining your foundations or ready to explore more challenging poses, this class is designed to meet you where you are. We’ll move through dynamic sequences with mindful attention to breath and body, allowing space for modifications or advancements as needed. Join us to embrace the flow and focus on the breath, and leave feeling grounded and connected.
