Delaney was born and raised in Southampton, New York. She has practiced yoga for close to a decade and received her 200-hour yoga certification in Mal Pais, Costa Rica with the School Yoga Institute. Delaney is excited to bring her passion for mindfulness and intentional movement to The Yoga Spot and create a welcoming environment for all yogis - whether you have years of experience or have yet to step on the mat!

Danielle fell in love with Yoga for the peace and self-love it inspired in both its physical and spiritual practice. She recently completed her 200HR at Yogamaya and continues to seek opportunities to expand her relationship to the practice. By day, Danielle is an interior designer who in her free time enjoys reading, writing, and most recently – playing ukulele. In her class, Danielle aims to create a space for students to escape from the buzz of the world and reconnect with their mind, body and spirit. Her classes integrate carefully crafted playlists and a dynamic physical flow designed to empower and inspire love, confidence and play.

Michael Owen is a triathlete and writer who found his way to yoga after a series of bike crashes. In the past year he turned 40 and ran his first marathon. He became a teacher to help creative doers harness the body´s power to heal so they can live in freedom and purity.

Co-founder of The Yoga Spot, Chris teaches a strong meditative flow. With an emphasis on balance and breath, he will safely guide you through a vigorous moving meditation designed to enhance strength, increase flexibility, and calm your mind.
