About Third Eye Yoga
My name is Lisa Theis and I have been practicing yoga since 2000 & teaching since 2008. I am a YA certified E-RYT 200hr, RYT 500hr, YACEP & a certified Yoga Nidra instructor. Yoga is my life's passion & teaching is my full-time profession. My life has been shaped and supported by this ancient, powerful practice of integrating mind, body and spirit. I am driven to continuously grow and evolve, and feel fulfilled by guiding others in their journey to be the best versions of themselves they can be.
I have taught in corporate settings, many studio settings, private, small-group classes, specialty one-off classes - pretty much wherever there is a yoga class to be taught, I will teach it, or have taught it! I have trained and mentored countless teachers in the Denver area, co-teach 200hr yoga teacher training course twice a year, and also teach in a 300hr yoga teacher training.
I stepped into the online teaching space in 2020, with the rest of the world, & still offer a livestream class every Wednesday afternoon. I also lead retreats, offer workshops, give continuing education credits, and will open a physical location for Third Eye Yoga in April 2024.
My classes are physically strong and always incorporate some sort of wisdom from the teachings of yoga. I love chanting and meditation - pranayama and mudras. My goal is to leave my students feeling connected, strong, open and inspired. Join me for class or reach out at anytime!
