Description
an exclusive yoga and wellness workshop. Includes a 90-minute movement and meditation session that begins with a full-body Hatha yoga flow, followed by a restorative practice enhanced with hands-on adjustments and massage then moves into a mindfulness meditation, leaving you calm, grounded, restored and refreshed.
Our movement practice is followed by a light, healthy snack as we discuss the connection between gut health and mental and emotional well-being through the lens of Ayurveda medicine.
