Bethany is back with a 45 minute mid week Yin Yoga & Meditation class!
Ease out tired bodies and minds in this relaxing evening class where we lean in to longer passive stretches and practise sitting with ourselves using various meditation techniques such as samatha, visualisation, nidra and the breath.
