Yamin is a Pilates instructor and Yin Yoga teacher. Her high-paced Pilates classes help people strengthen, tone and improve fitness. She focuses on body biomechanics and mobility through all exercises to ensure good alignment for maximum benefit.
Yamin's classes are suitable for all genders and fitness levels, and will help you lean and lengthen, build strength while improving postural alignment and strengthen your core stabilizing muscles.
Each class also incorporates two short, targeted HIIT segments (with good alignment) for a dose of cardio. Classes are run at a pace - a powerful 45mins, so you can return to work/home having really worked your body.
