My name is Matthew Wright and I am a yogalap certified Breathwork facilitator. I began my meditation journey in 2017. I have a very active mind and use meditation as a tool to calm my thoughts. I came across breathwork after meditation and it made getting to that calm state so much easier and faster. The combination of breathing and meditating is powerful, especially for people who struggle to meditate or are new to the practice. I help people to enter a state of deep relaxation in order to release tension, put aside whatever has been on the mind, and focus on feeling good.

Description

A unique breathwork journey that involves movement, music, guided pranayama exercises and finished off with a guided meditation journey.
