About Uplifting Yoga

I'm a busy mum juggling a day job, a business and three teenagers. I know both how hard it can be and how important it is to find a healthy work-life balance and time to nourish yourself inside and out. My personal mantra is “stop, breathe, carry on”.

I am forever grateful for the ancient practices of Yoga and Ayurveda that have given me the strength and wisdom to restore balance, renew my energy and calm my mind. I’ve been teaching group and private yoga classes for the last eight years and more recently started incorporating Ayurveda lifestyle practices into my offerings. It is my dharma to share the wonderful experience of Yoga and wisdom of Ayurveda with people like you, through my teaching and wellness coaching.
