General terms of Uplifting Yoga

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Bookings are required prior to all yoga classes and workshops.
• Class passes have expiration dates as follows:
- 1 class pass- 2 weeks
- 5 class - 2 Months
- 10 class - 3 Months
CANCELLATIONS: More than 6 hours’ notice is required to cancel/reschedule a class booking without forfeiting full payment for that class.
• Each student is required to have their own pass.
• To book into a class you must have purchased a valid product (eg. Class pass or membership)
• All purchases are considered final. Uplifting Yoga does not offer refunds, suspensions or extensions on class passes or workshops for change of mind, change of address or any other reason. Extenuating circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Uplifting Yoga, please discuss with your Teacher prior to the scheduled class.

MEDICAL INFORMATION
• The Student Registration and Medical Form must be completed prior to participation in classes. Refer to link in your welcome email.
• To ensure your safety your medical information is required. Whilst Yoga may be practiced safely by the majority of people, there are certain conditions which require special attention, or modifications to be made.
• It is important to disclose ALL of your medical conditions so that your Teacher can determine whether a medical clearance from your GP will be required prior to participation in a Yoga class.
• The Teacher cannot provide medical fitness advice. If you have any concerns it is recommended that you speak to a medical professional.
• Should your health or medical condition change in the future, please inform your Teacher so as your student record can be updated accordingly.
