About Vedic Yoga & Meditation at the College and Clinic of Ayurveda Yoga & Vedic Sciences

Ashwin College-Clinic of Āyurveda, Yoga, & Vedic sciences was founded by the Kumar family in 1901 by Shri Dr. Lalita and Dr. Sharada in San Diego and Los Angeles, California, USA. We are a community focused organization. Ashwin College of Āyurveda, Yoga, & Vedic Sciences is dedicated to: 1) providing traditional Āyurveda and panchakarma health & wellness services to the general public and 2) delivering Vedic Sciences’ Gurukulam (teacher/disciple) education to newcomers and experienced practitioners and 3) integrate Vedic sciences in all our services at the option of our clients or students – which may include: Jyotish (Vedic astrology), Vastu (science of interior spaces -home/office subtle energy flow & design), Meditation, Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Marma (acupressure), Yoga Therapy, Tantra, among many more. All of these client, patient, and student services are available domestically and/or internationally either in person, online video, or telephone.
