This practice we look at letting go of the emotions which may build up in the body and then linger and then get stuck in our bodies if not fully witnessed and released.
This is a strong practice with a focus of shoulder strength with in turn brings strength to self being able to support and let go of anything unnecessary through your day.
This strength is vital to go up against the wall or to practice a foot grab in down dog if you don't have the wall space or would rather not go fully upside down without a teacher present.
Release all emotions with surface, notice any resistance to the practice and work with it. x
