This practice is beautiful to compliment new mothers and particularly breastfeeding, I would definitely advise giving yourself at least 12 weeks recovery before taking part and speak to your specialist if you have any concerns.

This is predominately upper body to release around the shoulders, back and chest.

I also offer weekly live yoga for pelvic health and replays.
