This week we welcome a new intention which will serve us over the next 6/8 weeks.

Cultivating Awe. Today we look to bring awe into our lives by focusing on the breath, feeling the way it moves within us, the areas it touches.
How it creates space in tight, lost, untouched areas.
How it helps us to both feel centred and grounded while also giving us the vital energy of life.
If you're tired it can reinvigorate you or if over energised, bordering on hysteria it can bring a calm to the body.
Awareness of the power within our breath, our control on it and how it makes us feel is
1. life changing when we are in those moments of need to know, we ALWAYS have our breath as a support.
2. Making it something to be so incredibly in awe over.
3. It has so much depth for healing too.
