At the same time this year has personally felt very unsettled with the amount of rain and minimal sunshine we have received this summer so far. Not to mention the natural disasters which have been happening around the world.

This practice is designed to bring you back down to earth and connect you to your body. To feel grounded.

When our energy is unsettled, chaotic or being pulled in many directions we can be left without any sense of ourself, our body and the mind is can just be running away with itself.
